The Wildlife Grass Ranch is an excellent hunting property for all seasons and is located right at the beginning of the huge Black Mountain elk migration path. Thousands of elk will migrate across the ranch during the fall and spring. The ranch always has great mule deer and antelope bucks. The ranch has historically been used for cattle and enrolled in the CRP program. With the CRP term coming to an end soon one could either choose to re enroll the property or use the property for livestock. The ranch has good year around access and access.
